This week was by far the worst week I’ve had so far. From the never-ending nauseous feeling to the extreme side pains and weak feeling. Well let’s start from Monday, I went grocery shopping for my breakfast smoothie ingredients and lunch meals but I woke up with an awful pain in the middle of my right side. Since I’m not one to immediately freak out about things like this I just laid around the house and took it easy since it was my day off. Tuesday morning I wake up still have the pain so I call my doctor and wait for him to return my phone call later that day, in the meantime I’m getting ready for work and since I have to drink more milk now for calcium( anyone that knows me, knows I HATE milk, I can tolerate soy milk but I’m not that big a fan). So I make my usual soy milk smoothie and go on my merry little way to work, pain still radiating from my side and all. Get to work and I’m there no more than 30 minutes and immediately get extremely hot and nauseous (serious mayday!) «TMI Alert» I start throwing up and it’s never-ending, I barely made it home without throwing up on myself in the car. And it was all down hill from that day on I felt weak, drained, and nauseous for days. Needless to say I don’t think Baby wants soy milk anymore and “he” only had to warn me once. So now I just have to eat more cheese and yogurt and other calcium rich foods. As far as that pain on my side, never found out what it was because my “amazing” doctor never got back to me but I’ll have some choice words for him and his wife (she’s his nurse) when I see them on Thursday. I know this wasn’t intentional, because I’ve been his patient since I was 16, I know they are an extremely busy office and I should have been more annoying and called them back. But I went to a wedding Saturday night and I REALLY enjoyed myself on the dance floor and wouldn’t you know I haven’t felt the pain since. It’s only Sunday but I feel better than I need this time last week so I’m assuming I have to buckle down and do this whole prenatal yoga and workout thing to help with my growing stomach. Well I’m feeling a little more like myself now, I don’t feel weak or nauseous and I’m feeling more energetic (not bouncing off walls energy but more than I’ve had this past week). On to Week 19! (Almost the half-way point) PS: about my reading homework I’m still on the same chapter I was the week I blogged about the book, I’m so ashamed, LoL
few weeks ahead of...so its like a preview of...pretty well....
